1. 1.What this is

   Bagwork is software that launches tokens on the third-party Pons launchpad on Robinhood Chain and redistributes those tokens' creator fees to X accounts according to published rules. It is not affiliated with X Corp., Robinhood or Pons.

2. 2.No investment advice

   Tokens launched here are experimental, can lose all value, and are not securities offerings, investments or endorsements by anyone. Do your own research.

3. 3.Launching

   By launching you confirm you have the right to use the name, ticker and image, and that naming an X account does not imply that account endorses the token. The fee recipient, deployer reward and creator tax are permanent once launched.

4. 4.Payout rules

   Fees are released under the rules on the How it works page (including a 20% platform share, daily unlock tiers, payouts sent in dollars through X Money, whose claim window is X's and a 30-day inactivity forfeit). We may adjust rules for future settlement days, and will publish changes before they apply.

5. 5.Views and eligibility

   View counts come from the X API and are final as read. We may exclude posts or accounts that appear manipulated, automated, or in breach of X's rules.

6. 6.Opting out

   Any X account can stop payments to itself at any time from My earnings.

7. 7.Risk

   Smart contracts, bridges, RPCs and third-party APIs can fail. The software is provided as is, without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
